Survey Fields:
| Customer ID | Customer id. |
| Full name | Name of customer. |
Appointment Fields:
| Date | Appointment date and day of week. |
| Time from | Appointment time from. |
| Time to | Appointment time to. |
| Address | Appointment address. |
Quotation Fields:
| Product | Product type of quotation. |
| Save | Close window and save any changes you have made. |
| Close | Close window. |
TIP A survey can only be inserted manually if the customer id is know (which must be the same as the customer id given by Move Administer at the time of enquiry). You can only create one new survey for a customer. |
